About Me

I’m a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor who puts you and your needs at the centre of the counselling process, working with your agenda and desired outcomes.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I’ve been counselling for Mind UK for the last three years and I work with mild to moderate mental health and general life stresses.

I am very personable, empathic, easy to talk to, compassionate, understanding, trustworthy and an excellent listener, as I hope you would expect from a counsellor.

I specialize in working with Depression, Anxiety, Bereavement, Life Changing Illnesses, Self-Esteem & Confidence and Relationship Issues, although my training and experience means that I can and do work with a variety of life’s stresses. If I don’t think I’m right for you then I will sign-post you on to a more suitable practitioner or appropriate service.

I know that making that first step towards counselling can be difficult so feel free to email me about anything at all.

You are not alone, don’t suffer in silence.
